Why we're building Tesse

Intelligence for the full stack of real estate work.

Tesse is an AI-native GTM platform for real estate - built to turn fragmented data into workflows that execute.

Today the market is scattered: too many tools, too slow to win. Every change creates an opportunity that stays invisible unless you are watching. We believe anyone in real estate should find the right prospect, at the right time, with the right context.

Ownership, loans, funds, transactions, tenants, and contacts sit in disconnected systems. AI can connect the graph - but only if the platform is built from day one for research, enrichment, and action, not bolted onto legacy search.

Software has modernized parts of the industry, yet critical context still lives in PDFs, inboxes, spreadsheets, and institutional memory. Most teams cannot translate AI into durable advantage without a workflow that respects judgment.

To bridge these gaps, we're building Tesse: full-stack data, AI-native architecture, and GTM workflows - not just another database.

Workflow, not just data

We focus on GTM outcomes real estate teams run every week: who to call, why now, what the record says, and what to verify before anything goes out the door. Smaller teams should do more - with AI handling research, enrichment, and drafting - without a full stack of analysts behind every list.

Human-AI collaboration matters: multimodal systems that work with brokers, investors, and lenders - not autonomous agents that bypass judgment. Flexibility and domain fit beat one-size-fits-all automation.

AI-native from the foundation

Tesse is built with AI at the core - not bolted onto legacy search like a generation of CRE tools. Model intelligence, structured retrieval, and explicit joins over the graph are how we keep answers grounded.

Multimodal input matters: PDFs, maps, tables, and conversation all feed the same context so deal teams do not re-type the same facts into five systems.

From automation to alpha

Automation gives time back. Alpha comes from what teams can now do with that time: assess a wider set of opportunities, surface hidden risks and signals earlier, and execute reliably with fewer missed steps. We believe the real unlock is not replacing judgment, but amplifying it.

The way to win in real estate is to see things that other people don't see. AI can help us see the signs that point to hidden alpha. And then, when AI creates new value, humans can capture the economic potential currently lost to inefficiencies and inaction.

Now is the time.
